Client Managers
Our dedicated client managers are assigned to specific clients. We regularly go above and beyond what is expected. ​

The MDI Client Services Team is available via phone, chat and email Monday through Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM CST, and on Friday from 8 AM - 12PM CST. Your assigned client manager is available Friday afternoon, if needed. Customers may also contact for evening support or special support during system-critical times.
Online submission of issues and change requests via our secure Client Center allow authorized users to submit service requests and receive an acknowledgment when the issue has reached MDI. Once an issue has been reviewed with the client's manager, a response is sent indicating the timeframe within which the issue will be resolved.
