Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and driven recent graduate to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in tech sales, working with innovative software solutions in the insurtech and policy management space. You’ll play a key role in identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and helping close deals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact via email, phone, and social platforms to introduce our software solutions. 

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for the sales team. 

  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries. 

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in CRM tools. 

  • Stay up to date on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings. 

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads into opportunities. 

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to continuously improve. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Strong interest in sales, insurance, and client engagement. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with insurance, SaaS, insurtech, or policy management platforms. 

  • Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer success. 

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and match solutions.
