
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and driven recent graduate to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in tech sales, working with innovative software solutions in the insurtech and policy management space. You’ll play a key role in identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and helping close deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact via email, phone, and social platforms to introduce our software solutions.

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Research and identify potential clients within target industries.

Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in CRM tools.

Stay up to date on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified leads into opportunities.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback loops to continuously improve.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in sales, insurance, and client engagement.
