Welcome back to Control360!

Today’s blog goes in depth about The Accounts Payable Report.

This Report is also located in the Reports tab:


1. Invoiced Total: This gives a total of Invoices billed per Vendor. When you click on the dollar amount hyperlink, this generates a Vendor Invoices Report (*see below).

2. Total Paid: This shows the total amount of payments made to each Vendor. When you click on the dollar amount hyperlink, this generates a Vendor Payments Report (**see below).

3. Net Due: This shows the remaining balance due to that Vendor.

4. Client Trust Balance: This shows a running tally of the Client’s Trust Account.

 

*When you click on the hyperlinked Invoiced Total: This gives an itemized summary of each invoice submitted by that particular Vendor, as seen below:



**When you click on the hyperlink Total paid: This gives a breakout of each payment made and by/to whom, as seen below:



With Control360 you can easily manage and track all financial information related to claims and defense litigation.
