Welcome back to Control360!

Today’s blog discusses the Payments tab.

We are able to track every type of payment that comes in. See below for the different types and how they reflect in the system.

Payment types:

1.      The Insured directly paying the Vendor

2.      The Insured directly paying the Client Trust account

3.      The Insured directly paying the Defense Attorney

4.      The Trust account paying the Defense Attorney

5.      The Trust account paying Vendors

6.      A Vendor directly paying another Vendor

7.      In the event of an Insured needing a refund from an overpayment, we have the Trust account paying the Insured

This tracking keeps payments organized and allows for transparency as the case continues.
