Today’s blog discusses Fixed Shares and Flat Fee Buyouts.

Fixed Shares:

Our software has the ability to accommodate when an Additional Insured has a Fixed Share.

<- We enter the Share % in the Matrix and in seconds all of the additional insured's amounts are reallocated. (See the before and after below)

Flat Fee Buyout:

When an Additional Insured negotiates a Flat fee buyout, our software can quickly and accurately accommodate these.

For example, if Gothic Landscape negotiated a $20,000 buyout, the first image below shows their current share amount before the negotiation.
