Welcome to Control360!
We will be doing weekly Blogs going over the features and capabilities available at your fingertips with Control360.
Today’s blog highlights an Introduction to the system.
After you submit all necessary details for your case, we enter it into the system to generate the below details:

This is the Matrix tab:
1. This is the name of the Case
2. The entity listed in purple are the Sub-contractors/participants
3. The entity listed in green are the sub-contractor insurers
4. Our system is capable of handling multiple insurers for one sub-contractor
5. This entity with a D in the orange circle is the Developer/Defendant
6. The dates along the top row are dates of either Tender or Dismissal
7. These red sections show the end of participation for that insurer/participant
8. This is the total amount of invoices since the prior date listed
9. This is the amount of shares allocated to each individual participant
This shows the amount broken down between multiple insurers under one sub-contractor
We also have the ability to adjust the insurers:

1. “Phantom Carrier”: We can test out how much a possible participant would owe should they decide to participate by adding them in the system as a Phantom Carrier, this will also reallocate the other participant amounts as well.
2. Default Share Percentage: If they negotiate a Share % we can enter that here
3. Default Floor: SIR (self-insured retention)
4. Default Ceiling: If a buyout has been negotiated, we can enter that amount here
5. Default Fee Rate: If an insurer wants to pay/has negotiated a set rate with an associate, attorney, council, partner, other we can adjust these.
This concludes our review of the features of the Matrix tab. Stay tuned for next week, where we’ll go over the best part, the Reports!
