Today’s blog goes in depth about the most requested report, the Balance Summary Report. 

Reports Tab:

The Control360 system shows several different reports, depending on what you need. The Balance Summary Report is one of the Control360 features, which shows all relevant information in one place. Similar to the Matrix Tab, it displays the amount of the allocated shares, how much has been paid and the balance due. Control360 reports are straightforward and easily understandable.

(The Invoice Shares Report displays the AI $ and % details, see example and how to generate one below)

The participants in grey are no longer actively participating/taking on new shares.

The participants in black are still actively participating.

Shares: Total share amount

Paid: Total paid amount

Balance: Total balance due or credit

Invoice Shares Report

When you click on the Shares $ hyperlink, this will generate the Invoice Shares Report for that individual Insured/Insurer. This gives a more in-depth view of the participants’ amounts due.
